What to play...

This is from a game my wife and I are playing on Facebook; I'm at an impasse. Indeed, we both are since I have shown her this. Neither of us can see a playable word.

Any help anyone could provide would be very appreciated!

That's a tough one. I only see one possible move:

Place the T in-between the A in VITA and the H in HEIST to spell ATHEIST across and TREF down.

I don't see anything else except that. Hopefully, her next move will give you more options!
